Newly renovated bed in the double room, plus a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. Marvellous and super location close to restaurants, and only about 10 minutes' walk to La Spezia centre. A huge variety of food options at a walking distance from the venue;)))

I felt so important with the front-desk safe and free WiFi, like a secret agent in the heart of the city. The views of the city from Eva Affittacamere were simply awe-inspiring.
I just loved how the water from the basin flowed out onto the floor. Such a unique and refreshing shower experience, who needs a bathroom?

The room was spotlessly clean with daily towel and bedding changes. It had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The air conditioning worked well during the hot weather. The apartments were newly refurbished and had a modern rainfall shower. The location was convenient for transport links and nearby restaurants/pubs.

I had a wonderful stay at Eva Affittacamere! The location was absolutely amazing, just a few steps away from the central train station and the city center. The facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a well-appointed room. The host, Eva, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always available to assist me. I especially loved the little balcony where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The coffee machine in the room was a great bonus, and the shower was fantastic. Despite being in a central location, I didn't hear any noise from other guests. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia.
